Shipping

We ship with DHL Standard or Deutsche Post, insured and tracked.
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are as follows:
GERMANY: start at 4,90 € - 5,99 €
EU: start at 13,99€
REST OF EUROPE: start at 26,90 €

At the moment we only deliver nationally and Europe-wide.
If you still cannot do without our Ghost Whyte products, then get in touch.

If you have specified the address incorrectly or the shipment ends up in the mail and is not picked up, and is therefore returned to us, only the value of the goods will be replaced and not the shipping costs. In this case you must place a new order.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We accept no responsibility
• for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit
• missing notification slips of the post office

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Packages may be subject to delays and fees at your local customs office. Please reach out to them directly to resolve. If your order gets sent back to us due to lack of claim, you will have to pay for a reship.
We ship our items covered by insurance with Deutsche Post/DHL. Depending on your destination it will be delivered by your local mail. The tracking number we provide you, is a tracking number by German mail. Usually this tracking number changes in the recipient country.


Delivery

All items in stock such as the socks will be shipped out within 3-5 working days.

The Ghost Whyte sweaters and caps are individually made and dyed for you, so it can take up to 8-12 working days plus shipping for your item to arrive. The Ghost Whyte products are finished with much love in our studio. Working days are the days between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that the delivery period within Europe is approx. 4-7 business days and for worldwide shipping depending on the destination from 7-14 business days.

Should the ordered goods not be available, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In this case we shall inform the customer without delay and return any payments made.

Please make sure your address is correct and that somebody is present at this address to take your delivery, otherwise please mark an alternative address. We are not responsible for missing notification slips of the post offices.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
In the event of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

The shipment must be insured, otherwise the customer is liable for the loss of the goods.

Products will only be accepted back in their original condition, unwashed, unused, no stains, such as make up, etc.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange with another size is not possible.
In this case, we ask you to order your matching product again in the shop.

The payment method is as ordered (Paypal or bank transfer).

Please note the above points to ensure a refund.
